METHOD
Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and leave to soak for 15 minutes or overnight. Add the optional extra ingredients either before or after soaking.
To make it really easy in the morning, store the soaked oats in clean glass jars or Tupperwear boxes so you really can just grab-and-go in the morning!
