No-bake Chocolate Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

Pumpkin Bars

150g Pumpkin Puree

50g Desiccated Coconut

6 Medjool dates (soaked in hot water to soften if not already soft, drain before using)

1/2 tsp Chai spices

10g Coconut oil (melted)

4 drops PharmaHemp Black Pepper CBD

 

Chocolate Coating

25g Coconut oil

100g Dark vegan chocolate

Pumpkin and chocolate makes a wonderful pairing but it’s even better with added CBD oil!
This chocolate bar recipe is super-easy and is completely customisable! Why not try adding: nut butters, whole nuts like pecans or walnuts, raisins, shredded carrots or even chocolate chips!

METHOD

Blend pumpkin puree and Medjool dates together.

Add CBD Black Pepper oil and chai spice, mix and add desiccated coconut and
coconut oil.

Mix and pour in a 15x15 container and let set in the fridge for 4 hours.

Prepare the chocolate coating by melting the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a
bowl. (Microwave for a few seconds)

Once the pumpkin bars have set, dip each in melted chocolate and allow to chill in the fridge.

Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
